Open the Lyra app on your device.

Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Once the 30-day grace period has passed and deletion is finalised, your account and all data are permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. We cannot restore it.
What happens to my active subscription?

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid being charged in the next billing cycle. Lyra does not issue refunds for unused subscription periods.
How long does the deletion process take?

Your account is deactivated immediately and you will lose access right away. Complete deletion of all data from our systems takes up to 30 days. Some anonymised analytics data, which cannot be linked back to you, may be retained indefinitely.
Can I export my data before deleting?

Yes. Before deleting, you can request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@lyraapp.com. We will send you a machine-readable export within 30 days of your request.
I changed my mind — can I cancel the deletion?

Yes, within 7 days of submitting your request. Simply reply to the confirmation email we sent, or contact support@lyraapp.com with your email address to cancel the request.
